BOOMie Shelters on the Production Floor: How an International Company Protected Its Operators in Just a Few Weeks

For an international company with a complex production cycle, we implemented a protective shelter project without disrupting continuous manufacturing operations.

The project included:

• 9 BOOMie LIGHT and BOOMie LIGHT MAX shelters, selected according to the capacity requirements of each work area
• Shelters positioned directly beside production lines, allowing employees to reach a protected space immediately
• Custom configuration: instead of portable power stations, the shelters were fitted with independently powered LED lighting to ensure visibility during power outages
• All shelters equipped with ventilation and sound-insulation systems, while their compact dimensions allowed them to be integrated efficiently into the production floor

Results

• Operator safety brought into line with applicable legal requirements
